Goals:
- Know how to print in Unix.
- Know the differences between BSD and SySv4 style printing.
- Understand how our server is a bit weird on printing.
The following programs/files/directories will be discussed for this
topic:
- lp and lpr
- lpstat and lpq

- /etc/printcap (and now /etc/cups)
